I noticed this earlier, but I forgot to mention it.
Let's say I really, really unload on somebody, like the max hits plus all my retaliation hits. Well, next day rolls along, the 24 hour window has passed, and they have received no extra hits, but their hits are still maxed. So that pretty much means that they are going to be unhittable for the next 20 hours. I see a problem with this, retaliation shouldn't be doing this, correct?

Also like to add that there have been times when people with almost HALF my dealers are able to use informant on me, when I remember seeing it had to be 1:1.
Second, people are able to use feed the addiction when they don't have the proper count, granted they still get $0, it counts as a sucess.
I read it, just kinda busy right now to code much, I'll get on it as soon as school starts next week though!
