Haha...I dominated pimp wars for a while until I gave up. Once all the territories combined to kill me and it sucked, but I lasted quite some time.

First, you want to go to your inbox.

When you get there, click on "create new message". Now, send message after message to The Dark Roze (#145) requesting units. Just message him until he gives. And then message some more.
