Topic: Diablo II Multiplayer

I've been kind of bored lately so with the talk about Diablo II, I decided to start some new characters. I've only really played Single-player before, and haven't really touched Battle.net. So what should I expect online? Is it faster levelling? Funner? Better phat lewts? What are some tips for playing? Any etiquette?

I know this thread is about 4 years too late, but I want to finally give it a shot.

make a char on one of the realms, us east or west.  leveling is faster if you join a game and play by yourself with others in the game to beef up the demons.  imo funner online

you should try titan quest though, i think its probably better than d2 though i hear there are no online realms =/
