anyone know how to convert a jpeg image to a blp file? i would like to import a few icons for spells and whatnot, but i'm not sure how to do it.

Go to www.wc3sear.ch and download Image Extractors and such. I don't remember the exact name, but I believe I use WC3IE2 to convert the files for me.

I'm looking, and i found one called BLP&TGA Converter, but i can't figure out how to use it, any suggestions?
