What's a decent vid card for a PC with the specs of P4 @ 2.0 with, I think, a gig of RDRAM?
I don't follow hardware anymore because I tend to lust after things that are beyond my pocket's reach. But anyways, this is for a friend that came across a PC that needs a vid card.
He doesn't expect it to run anything new. He just wants to be able to play some older HL1 and mods, WC3 and possibly WoW.
So what card would be great for these specs?

Dude, if you're going to pay more than $20 for a video card for him, don't bother. Find him something used from Craigslist, or get an SA account and go on SA Mart. You can get a 9800 Pro for like $15 used.
He's buying it but I find paying $124 for a Radeon 9800, which I paid about the same maybe 3 years ago, just too much for me to even suggest it to him. I'm just helping him with finding something reasonable.
