I needed a quick fix, so since this Mobo was compatible with DDR2 and DDR3, I bought some OCZ DDR2, which I was recommended to run at 2.1 volts for system stability.
I know there was a bit of head room before the warning of unsafe voltages for DDR2. As far as the DDR3 settings were concerned I know anything above 1.8v would give me a warning about instability and being unsafe.
