Topic: Slow computer

Hi, my computer is getting slower everyday and I don't know why.
Even if i close every program running, it still takes at least 5 minutes for a Firefox window to open.
And if I have more than two or tree applications running, then some applications stop responding.
Can I delete some processes?

i'd like to have a signature.

have you checked for spyware, viruses, or defragmented anytime recently?

I defragmented my computer 1 or 2 weeks ago and I have Avg that scans my computer every day for viruses.
I use to have AdAware but it just slowed more the computer so I removed it

right well you probably have some spyware most likely, you could try Adaware again or go for spybot search and destroy

Also, you could try booting Windows in safe mode and running a full system scan with AVG.
