Not so much, but that doesn't stop the fact that at some point if you have enough warnings then the delay between posts is going to get really annoying, and thus motivation to avoid more warnings.

does 2 minutes bother you?  "no" ok, I will keep going.  how about 5 minutes?  no?  10 minutes?  20?  30? 

etc.
