Looking to do a new rig within $400

I'm currently wanting to upgrade my current machine, but I don't need a new PSU, case, or DVD drive. I just need the ram, mobo, video card, and processor. All I'm looking to do is play most games on good settings within 1680x1050 resolution, so not even 1080p. For reference the most performance heavy games I currently play are EVE, Far Cry 2, and Assassin's Creed. In the future I hope to play Starcraft 2, so hopefully I could be able to play that on decent settings as well.
