Too bad I happen to agree... while I think WC3 is a good game, anyone who expected it to be similar to WC2 must have been extremely disappointed.


With a sequel, things need to be mixed up a bit. SC2 takes place what, 20 years after SC? Think about just how in our world how much shit has changed in 20 years. If things were the same it'd be pretty boring.

Actually after watching the video more thoroughly you're probably right. Just doesn't make much sense seing how the Mothership was supposed to replace the Arbiter and the Timebomb already seemed to be a skill designed to nullify the effect of stationary defenses.

It could look as if its a Templar-ish unit - as i mentioned earlier - in the back casting the spell or one of the Twilight Archon's.

That makes me wonder... does the Timebomb (still worst name ever) work only on stuff aimed at the Mothership, or all hostile projectiles in the AoE? Because if it's the latter, this could get pretty interesting smile

I'd believe that anything that passes through the timebomb radius would be impacted by the time effects, but thats just speculation.

I like the name "twilight archon", but they seemed sorta useless in the footage (could be bad footage). If you pay attention though you'll notice a Reaver just after the 2 Archons die.

The purpose of the soulhunters is to be anti-capital ships. If you noticed, they were extremely effective at killing the battlecruisers but seemed to have trouble killing a group of marines. I wonder if they have the same damage system of concussive,  normal, and explossive damage
