Programmers?
Those guys are Pro players, not programmers
Most pros dont make usage of nukes

oops, my bad, sorry
need a new par of glasses
You gotta remember this isn't Supreme Commander size nukes. There is something in Starcraft lore that mentions the warheads used by humans to be low-yield warheads.

Bingo.
If you guys wan't huge explosions, graphics that have the initial wow factor, and lack of game play turn to the EA games.
Well permanent terrain modification isn't out of the question. You have to remember nothing they show is really as is as you can see by the weekly changes made to the game. SC2 is built on the Havok engine, which is the same physics engine used by Company of Heroes which did have permanent terrain modification. But with that change, balance changes might come into question like higher ground damage reduction.

Taknarosh, never mind him. He gets his criticism from the EA games talking points memo. EA releases a memo every morning trying to find a way to criticize god's greatest creation. People who buy into the EAs rebellion against game play shouldnt be trusted.

Boycott EA and their goal for world domination.
And none the less, a nuke shouldn't just be a flash and then have nothing noticeable occur afterwards.

Thank you!
Alpha K thanks. If it bugs you that much complain to blizzard. The did change the siege tanks graphics on request. I'm sure if you complained on the forums they would do something to the nuclear blast.
If every unit/ability were as strong as its name implied, the game would be quite imbalanced wouldn't it?
(For example: black hole)

Anything is fair at the right price. Even jordan admitted that!

The Protoss would be capable of generating a tightly controlled black hole (or perhaps just not capable of generating a very powerful one, given the energy available) from their Mothership. Meanwhile, you are in fact launching a nuclear warhead at the painted target. No excuses.
Can you rephrase that for me?
