Damn it, so much pressure to buy Orange Box. I hate you all.
EDIT: this is the same sequence of events that led to me buying Half-Life. I played three rounds of Counter-Strike on the pub server, and an hour of HL, then never touched it again. Damn it.
but billmaan, we're all playing. You'd be much welcomed.
And with the newer friends list, and community, it makes it so much easier to find everyone and play with them at will. I follow Humak around all the time. (until he joins private servers)
I'd be glad to see you with us.
if it comes down to it, just purchase TF2 for $30. you wont have to deal with HL2. Portal for $20 if thats your fancy (though I personally dont think its worth a full 20).
I pretty much bought the orange box for TF2 and Portal @ $45. HL games came as a 'bonus' for me... though I never play them.
HATE.
But I purchased Orange Box just before you posted that.
EDIT: Er, well, I tried. Steam doesn't want me to buy it, I guess?

As far as I can tell, having looked through the TF2 cvars, mp_roundtime was not included, though it is for DoD and CS. But Hey, I could be lying, it's happened before.

Cuz the TF2 is a bore fest and BLizzpub should host a UT3 server. A game that actually makes you think.
Note that you and the whole world was wrong because the maps were on default settings? So, who is the one that didn't play TF2? Me or the world? Yeah, that's right the world! Especially including you.

I'm not going to let this turn into a Weaver/LMD bitchfest. If you want to do that, ESAD is just up the page, you can't miss it. I'm leaving Kenak's and Weaver's posts, in that they have to do with why we have a TF2 server rather than a UT3 server.
Server needs a re-start, the update made the server useless.
Server has been updated to version 10.
The BP server is empty every time I start up TF2 
Blame Tage.
I remember how a friend owned a CS server which he somehow got high on the list for quick game. The server was always full due to weird people from Europe playing on it. That was untill I put a password on it for a Cal match and forgot to take it off. DOH! I lost my server privelages.
Point of the post: maybe if it was advertised more it would draw players.
Server still isnt loading for me. "client is different from server" type error

Just picked up Orange Box. You'll be able to spot me. I'm the engineer with a turret placed so that it cannot shoot anyone.
I wasn't able to get on Thursday night 2/7/08. Is the server still up?
Ill be there pretty often. But i cant seem to get the server to show up =
Server was pulled a while ago due to lack of interest. There is, however, a Blizzpub group that you can join!
If anyone still wants to play a bunch of friends and I play on this server:
