ok secondly,
I'm curious where everyone's guild's progressions are. What has your guild downed?
please list your guild name too so we know if we're seeing the same reply from two different guild members.
Catalyst (lol!) - Brutallus
oh, if you're in MH/BT or lower, you might list all the bosses you've downed, as sometimes you can skip bosses. just a thought.
as for me:
Anatheron in MH (but during glitch with no infernals) Rage Winterchill. first BT kill should be thursday. no Kael or Vashj, but everything else below (minus Fathomlord. I know we could, but we're kinda moving on and don't need to really.)
And
Defenders of Eternity (though I'm almost positive no one else from DOE visits here.)
I downed most of the bosses in BC except for Solarian, Felmyst, Eredar Twins, M'uru, and of course Kil'jaeden. Granted I was carried (by Cavy and Vickle) and only raided for like a month with Pretty Pink Pwnies. Only accomplishment I can think of is that I did like 1800~1850 DPS on Brutallus without a Skull of Gul'dan and a proper group make up (YEAH BANG THOSE BONGOS).
I've killed every boss in the game up to Brutallus, but I was carried by Weavist.
My guild was downed by the first boss in Sunwell 
(That is, slaughtered everything up to that point and then broke up for reasons beyond my understanding)

Me and wc3kid just moved to a raiding guild <Nocturnum> from our casual guild, they are just moving into BT.
Just got up to teron gorefiend last night and downed him; so that makes 4 in BT (naj'entus, supremus, shade were the others.)
Yeah, I got carried.
Sunwell is a guild killer because it shows that many people don't know how to play their class especially many healers and DSPers.

I was carried through Kara, Gruuls, and into SSC and TK, but from there I've carried myself... I'm only wearing three pieces of gear that drop from 25 mans at this point anyway... the rest is badge or crafted for the most part.
not like you need an enhance shaman in a raid until sunwell anyway
I killed illy dans on my Mage before I sold the account back in dec. Now I am leveling up a hunter in Serious Casual on Mal Ganis.

true. Currently I'm topping single target dmg meters though, so I'm not a useless investment 
BTW, Solarian is a really weird boss to have skipped... mostly because she's so easy... what happened there?

Joined on Monday... Night one I was on their guild first Kael kill, guild first Gorefiend (3 attempts total) the other night, then another guild first Gurtogg last night (6 attempts total). Cleared first 3 of Hyjal (farm for them) after Gurtogg... I'm guessing Archie attempts tonight or RoS. lol @ possible 4 guild firsts in first 4 nights =P

The first 3(with not 4 because the trash is harder than the 4th boss) and the first...6...BT bosses should all be one night shots with the relatively simple mechanics and long enrage timers. Not to downplay the progression at all, it feels good when you blow through the first half...just get ready for SR gear check mother and then council/illidan while you try to teach teribads how to click tears as they fall from the sky on archi.

council and illidan are no harder then RoS and bloodboil.

Without a doubt... badge gear, nerfs the past year, etc etc. The extremes is what has me amazed... Last week we puged 12 people (still ended up mostly with 23-24 throughout the night) and took what I swear was a fucking daycare to Lurker - I think we got to 30something percent. It was so laughable with what these people were doing in the raid. Jumping to avoid a geyser?! into hot water?! /giggle They couldn't control themselves and I swear they had more fun finding new ways to die.
This weak, I replace a mage on Kael attempts (they hadn't killed him yet) and we reclear trash - 53% wipe and then a kill. Fucking Kael, who nobody even does anymore. I understand that I haven't seen the real meat of BT / Archie. But, 2 weeks ago I was doing Gruuls/Mag for the 50th time - this week I'm looting a vial, frostbolting constructs, and playing line dances on Bloodboil. I didn't even know where the god damn entrance to BT was before Tuesday. =P
