Topic: Best way to make sure a computer is clear of info stealers?

having to use my old computer for a while and I had to clean some spyware off of it, and I am afraid that there might still be some wow account stealing spyware left on it.  I was wondering if there exists a decent way to insure your computer is clean of that nonsense?  I am afraid to log in to my wow account from this computer sad

I would rather not have to resort to that, I am already busy enough lately that I would like to avoid having to DL winxp and starting from scratch again.  I also have a lot of my files backed up on to this computer.

rubotted is decent, snoopfree privacy shield is a great keylogger preventer.

Trendmicro.com also has a pretty decent virus/spyware free online scan.

Nothings full proof, or foolproof though.

ya the problem is that when my other computer was working, I let guests use this computer.  apparently, shenanigans ensued.
