I bought it yesterday. I played it for the PC and enjoyed it. I also played Peggle Extreme on the PC which is Peggle but with a Orange Box themed stages.
It's so simple but so much fun. I played some online and it's more fun.
I'm on the last uhh guy on Peggle right now. The Zen shot.

Is it better on 360 or something? Or did it just come out for 360? Didn't it come out for PC like a year and a half ago?

It just came out on the 360. A lot of people never knew of it before. Or only game on consoles. 360 version has multiplayer.

I've had it on Steam for quite a while, but local and XBOX Live multiplayer has made it absolutely amazing.
I'll join ANY Peggle clan.

What makes it so much (more, I'm assuming) fun on multiplayer/360?

Competitive play besides the many challenges, CPU duels, and adventure mode. You get to actually compete in the brutal sport of Peggle against someone which is breathing.
I'm not sure about everyone else but I can't be entertained forever playing against the cpu. Many of my games I would never play again after beating the story mode if there was no online play. Friends don't come over to play video games like when I was in school. What makes Peggle fun for me online? The same that all the other online games have.

I tried the trial and there was no multiplayer mode. How does multiplayer work?

Peggle Party mode 2-4 people: It's like the normal peggle game in the deo. Everyone takes a shot at the same time. Once all the rebounds are done, points are tallied. At the end of 10 balls the person with the highest score wins.
Duel Mode: 2 people work on the same board. I guess try to end up with the highest score... I think. I haven't played it yet. I do know it goes until all balls are off the screen. I'm almost certain it's highest score and not most balls hit.
